At Eddington Engineering we specialise in the design and manufacture of high-quality custom ute trays, truck trays and toolboxes, built to suit the way you work.
Located near the Loddon River Bridge on the main Bendigo–Maryborough Road, Eddington Engineering is a proud Australian made, family-owned and operated business that has been delivering trusted steel fabrication services to the region for over 40 years.
Our story began in the early 1970s when owner and Managing Director Norman Morrison completed his apprenticeship as a boilermaker and welder. Starting from the family farm in Eddington, Norman began building sheds and gates for local farmers. As demand grew, the business evolved - the current workshop was constructed in 1979, the company was formally registered in 1985, and in 1994, Norman’s son Simon Morrison joined the business.
Today, under Simon’s guidance, Eddington Engineering has grown from its agricultural roots into a highly regarded manufacturer of custom ute and truck trays, renowned throughout Victoria for their strength, functionality and finish. While our capabilities have expanded, our values remain the same - quality workmanship, honest service, and solutions built to last.
We employ a skilled team of employees, made up of full-time, part-time, and apprentices, all committed to delivering work we’re proud to put our name on. Every tray, toolbox and fabrication project is custom made, ensuring our clients receive exactly what they need - not a one-size-fits-all solution.
In addition to tray and toolbox manufacturing, we continue to support our agricultural community offering a wealth of knowledge with feed mixers, repairs and fabrication for farm machinery, completed efficiently either in our workshop or on site.
From starting out making farm gates, to now offering everything from custom projects & feed mixers to custom ute and truck trays, Eddington Engineering has grown through generations - built on experience, driven by innovation, and grounded in the needs of the people we serve.
